Der Solar Festival e.V. feierte vom 23.-25. August 2013 Premiere mit einem autarken Festival in der Natur.  Der gesamte Strombedarf wurde zu 100% mit erneuerbaren Energien erzeugt und in Batterien gespeichert. Das Programm war vielfältig: Live-Bands, Loop- Künstler, DJs & Performance, Solar- Kino, Kinderspace, Vernetzungsmarkt, Workshops, lecker Essen und Trinken, Infostände etc... The demand for power was fulfilled by 100% renewable energy sources, partly stored in batteries. The program was varied: live bands, loop-artists, DJs & performance, solar cinema, networking possibilities and information exchange, a children's space, workshops, delicious food and drinks etc...
